@MrMcMalice hell's ya, try a product called nano-vapor it comes in lots of different flavorers and will help you build muscle fast. I was 185 when i started using it now im 203, in only 2 and a half months. so ya give it a try!!!

Along with that and when keitosis sets in, carbs are really not neccessary - however they do of course lead to increased preformance. But you could probably live without carbs if you really had to.

@ianhudon I bulked up and I'm trying to lean out I was eating five meals but my body seems to have gone into starvation mode and instead of losing bodyfat I've been losing muscletissue what do I do?
For a protien drink I use Muscle Milk, is there are better protein shakes out there?

Protein : 25g To 30g (1scoop or 2 Depends)
Carbs : 15g Mostly come From Fibers
