  • For a protien drink I use Muscle Milk, is there are better protein shakes out there?

  • @MrMcMalice hell's ya, try a product called nano-vapor it comes in lots of different flavorers and will help you build muscle fast. I was 185 when i started using it now im 203, in only 2 and a half months. so ya give it a try!!!

    Also, no carb diets are really important for bodybuilders befoer a show.

    r u dumb? U need carbs in order to even process during the day, and u need carbs for the protien to go in to the muscle.

  • @BrandonAutiero nope you do not need carbs. your body can burn fat and protein for energy, it is just less efficient

    Your body can also convert amino acids (either from muscle or from diet) into glucose which in turn can be used by the brain. Along with that and when keitosis sets in, carbs are really not neccessary - however they do of course lead to increased preformance. But you could probably live without carbs if you really had to.

  • @bustagh0st Carbs are what your cells USE to repair/ build muscle. How is a car supposed to travel any distance without fuel.

  • I Suggest an Alternative For Breakfast Which got Hi Middle Complex Carbs Is 1/2Cup Of Oatmeal + Water (microwave it for 1min) Than Add 1 Scoop Of protein Powder Mix it And Add One Banana In it Sliced Or Dried Grapes Taste Really Good And You Get

    Calories : 350 To 400

    Fat : 4g

    Protein : 25g To 30g (1scoop or 2 Depends)

    Carbs : 15g Mostly come From Fibers

  • @ianhudon Half a cup of oat has close to 40 grams of carbs, and a banana on its own has about 25 grams of carbs.

  • @ianhudon I bulked up and I'm trying to lean out I was eating five meals but my body seems to have gone into starvation mode and instead of losing bodyfat I've been losing muscletissue what do I do?

  • I'm a Jay Cutler fan... And "60 Seconds on Muscles" videos have been very helpful to me, but this video was not needed, IMO.
