Looks like he flares a little late and as a result was unable to get his legs under himself to land on. It also looks like there is very little head wind if any at all so flare timing is crucial. Awesome video though! Shows 1 excellent landing and two 2 not so perfect ones. Good learning tool

The launch was ok,he had plenty of space to build up speed as he did.I think the problem was that he did a half assed flare and didn't scrub off enough speed.

No headwind wind launch...you can tell because the tell tale ribbon isn't moving. Personally, I probably wouldn't ever launch in dead conditions like that.

I really liked the first landing, and the first launch. I imagine if it would be a road-less canyon just with straight walls up. You'd say> Oh shit how the hell are we gonna get back up there!? :D
