  • The crossing was flagged, no problem here. Remember when the gates were new they were called Automatic Crossing Flaggman! Gates were not added to many railroads untill about 50 years ago. It started by just having a warning bell.

  • How are they doing is the bridge in lackawaxin finished yet are they getting freight back on the line

  • Glad to see they kept the BAR paint job on her! Nice!!!

  • @GP9railfan I was nicely suprised to see

this bl still in BAR colors also and so clean too! still looks new after all these years this was the only bl to get this paint scheme, and this was also the last active BL2

on the BAR it was sold in 1985 or 86 I think.

  • What happened to the warning? The gates and lights are supposed to be on!

  • These were two of the first moves on the line in years, so they needed to be reactivated. At the time Central Penn Rail Corp was operator. Now it is Morristown & Erie, and they are getting the line into proper shape. I've been TOLD that all Xings have been reactivated.

  • I FLOCKING HATE THAT ENGINE. Wouldn't be so bad if it were painted differently or something, but it is the #1 reason I don't give enough of a shit to go out and see or photograph the LASB.

  • Would it look any better in the new MN Genesis Scheme or perhaps in McGinnis? Maybe Beachball?
