@RasputinsFate Thanks a lot...I use a Logitech USB microphone that funny enough came from an ex girlfriend's Karaoke Revolution for PS2 I plug it into the computer through a program called Reaper and then put the mic in the back of the amp cabinet making sure not to touch the magnet and then I just play since I am inside the cab I get no outside noise no pick scratching no feedback or loss. Always had a good mindset for how these types of mics work wish I had a better one, gear makes a diff.
@KDMFtilltheendoftime .... Reaper is great! I use cubase ,, it took a while to learn it so I'm sticking with it eh?. Great idea about putting the mic in the cab man.....I've been mic'ing and going direct to going with effects amp modelers, but your absolutely right,,,the right gear makes a world of difference bro....Peace.
