Disgaea 2 DHD-Capturing an Uber Lord Monster

Do you need to do certain something to be able to capture them? I want to capture uber gene lich at mao stage. But in the walkthrough it said you need to beat prinny baal pirate to do so. Is it true?

i don,t get capturing in this game i have to level 100 and cant even capture a level 36 dose Adell,s level affect seccus rates of capture? hes only level 12 XD

@jonvrix unlock land of carnage by defeating all of the pirates.(I think there are 16 or 12 pirates can't remember).And pass the bill in the dark assembly for "Cave of Ordeals".Cave of ordeal 4 is the best map for experience.Go to cave 4 and use a big bang to kill almost all enemies and level up adell a lot.Go to subpoenas in item world and get felonies(300 felonies is max=+300%EXP).And for the items and others go to gamefaqs and search a walkthrough,It's too much for me to write.

@RaiceaAndrei111 Your save file only has 1 powerful character anyway, and you have weak ass Uber Lord monsters anyway so.... It don't matter.

@RaiceaAndrei111 Sorry if I seem too be a bit mean, but I have a Angel, with a level 99 Peta Spell, and 30M Int (Not even mentioning the other stats) Rune Knight with 2 level 99 Peta Spells and 40M Int, and a Female Samurai with 40M attack and level 99 Destroyer, that's not all my characters, but that's usually all I need, I am saying your file could be better, not trying too be a dick (I did this with just 550 hours)

@foofiter9097 yeah,sorry for being so defensive and shit LOL.Your save is freaking strong.My save only has Laharl with 25 mil ATK and a rune knight with 30 mil INT(and 3 PETA spells level 70).I have other characters with stats around 7-10 million ATK(not mentioning other stats) but those aren't that important.And I only have 120 hours on my save.Well I don't really have time nowadays for games,especially for Disgaea which is time consuming,but I do have 60 hours on disgaea 4.

@foofiter9097 You should really get it.It's GREAT(even the story hasn't been this good since disgaea 1).Right now I'm too lazy to search for the remaining ship parts to unlock the land of carnage and without the ship parts there's not much left that I can do in the normal netherworld.Oh and in case you didn't know you can actually use REAL ZETTA(not book form-demon form)

You probably already found out by now but i feel compelled to answer in case someone else doesn't know:

Yoshitsuna - Steal from Item god in a legendary excalibur

Super Robot Suit - Uhm... pretty much the same process, but you steal it from a Item god in the highest ranked Armor. I forget the name at the moment but it's easily found if you progress the item world long enough

@TheOverlord55 the prinny npc place is land of carnage,get all pirate maps to unlock it,no cheats,to level so high get 300 felonies on each character and go to land of carnage cave of ordeals 4,and also get good equipent and level it as high as possible(200 max)...get a yoshitsuna from the floor 100 of a legendary excalibur sword(steal yoshi from the item god)and the super robo suit from a legendary infernal armor

@RaiceaAndrei11 rules to capturing monsters 1): you cant catch a monster higher then 2x your strongest character in the base p[anel AT THE TIME when its thrown in, however if the strongest character is a beast tamner the enemy can be 3x stronger meaning a level 3333 beast tamer can catch a 9999 uber monster no matter what this is the onyl ruel to catching monsters, however there are other things that can affect this such as -stats of enemy relative to the total stats inside the bp and more lol

i walk almost all excalibur god hand infernal armor .etc item but i can't find Yoshitsuna and Ultimus!!!can anyone give me some item place or in legendary item will have a higher chance?

@sinpermansigma yoshitsuna can ONLY be found on the itme god(floor 100) of a legendary excalibur,and ultimus ONLY equiped on the itme god of a legendary gods hand..hope it helps(and ONLY IN LAND OF CARNAGE)

@azurezinc to get to loc collect all 16 pirate maps...then to get mao you have to play axel mode and have 50 hours to get champloo,30 dark world maps from raspberyl and then you get to loc...you get axel after passing zenons caste-final decision or so...and only in loc and you get those besatly stats buy upgrading rank 40 items to level 200 and rencarnating ,puting bonus points on the stat you wish to focus on

you can only capture MONSTERS not humans!!!!and no bosses like item god,item general and no PIRATES!you cant capture monster pirates you can caputre regular monsters like an orc its title has to say for example =petite orc= or so...anyway on psp you can capture monsters that are your level or lower,on ps2 you cant capture monsters that are about 2 times higher level than ADELL not anyone else(at menu it says adell level:9999 for example so only his level counts) and on ps3 you can capture humans

I'm Still On Chapter 3 And On The PSP. I Think How It Works Is You Have To Have Adell In There And Be Able To Make The Monster In the Dark Assembly.

oh so you can not capture monsters 2 time stronger than adell...its on psp like mine...anyways yes you need adell in there...even more you have to be able to defeat the monster if you take your units outta the base panel without any special(thats whats hapening inside the base panel) monsters caputred will always be skilled or average...and yes you need adell in and more you need the specific tier not only class...i started again disgaea 2...i had laharl on my old save with 21 mil atk,16 mil def
