Man, I loved Sonic Unleashed.

And you'd understand, because that's the first Sonic game I EVER HAD, so I didn't know that the homing attack was a different button on most other games, or that the Sonic was originally bogged down with characters, and from what little I saw from sonic one, I didn't mind the beat-em-up werehog stages. It was a nice change in pace, especially the last Night stage, you could just stop running and listen to that night stage.

I love sonic Generations, too.

@SuperAwesomeTiago Unleashed wasn't bad. Maybe the Werehog stages weren't used to the "usual sonic game" formula, and yeah, they were different. But different doesn't mean bad. Also, its day stages were similar to the ones here in Generations.

@sonicheroesfan1 The daytime stages were shit.There's a different between fast paced platforming and holding a button to win.Generations being the first option,Unleashed being the latter.I hate this speedy bullshit with no platforming,but they finally got it right with Generations.There's still a few boost-to-win stages,most of them have platforming between the speed areas so it doesn't get boring.

@trey1177 sc- never played colors myself but when i saw cutscenes i hated the kiddyness of the cutscenes and new acting. the jokes were corny and werent cool

sg- 1 of my new faves now. im not a classic sonic fan but i loved the game and mostly everything about it bringing back my memories just a couple of problems. The hub was solely 2D with limited exploring, the boss fights and stages were easy with only 2 acts. wish there were more and the cutscenes were limited. it couldve been so much more

Also, while I was forgiving of Sonic adventures errors, I started to feel like things were going downhill with hero's and Shadow, which used a similiar style, which wasn't doing the series much good, I like this new direction, even if a part of me misses Sonic Adventure1/2's style.
