No, he won't. But Liev Schreiber too said he doesn't want to be in the fourth movie. They were just rumors. Even Neve Campbell knows if she will sign the contract. The production said that, if no one of the survived of the third movie will accept being in the fourth, they'll look for other actors.

Neve Campbell has been confirmed to appear in Scream 4. This is the way I think it'll happen - the only way I can see them bringing Randy back is as a killer. I know he's supposed to be dead but did we actually see him get killed, I mean slashed with a knife or anything? No we saw the car bumping around, then the door opened and we saw him lying there with blood on him.  We actually didn't see the killing itself. Just a thought.

Is there really gonna be a scream 4? I thought everthing was tied up nice and neat in Scream 3. It's revealed that Syd's half brother was the main cause of all the events from part one and beyond. So....don't make a fourth one; no need in it. I would rather have a F13 remake than scream 4! And besides, EVERYONE has caller ID now, so the threatening calls will NOT work!!
