Yep, very classic PJ Hammond. This is, after all, the writer who turned photographs and children's nursery stories into objects of horror. A superb writer, massively under-utilized by scifi producers. (If he'd written the last two-part Doctor Who of the last series, modern Whovians wouldn't have come out from behind the sofa even yet.) I hope - I really hope - he's asked to be on the writing team for the new Doctor.
