and for anyone who cant find the players folder. you have to the first campaign mission, so that it saves. once the game saves the player folder will be in your directory

@RaptorCRO4 Hey so go to your config document properties. then go to the Security Tab and click on "Users (YOUR USER NAME-HP\Users). while that is highlighted, click the edit button below and check the boxes that you want below the edit button. then hit apply and it should work, thats what i did. hope it helps. I still havent gotten the commands to work though :(

bind 1 "god" and in the game you press 1 and it should give you godmode. I hope this helped
