  • @fedexsdd1 I'll be fine. I change it up every two weeks to two months.

  • I know the form is bad, but I do it to just train my body to lifting that kind of weight. Than later I can strip it down and lift more than what I would of had done normally at proper form. Same concept to raise bench press, squats, and dead lifts. Go up higher even if it's not full form at first, just give your body a taste of what the weight is, so it has confidence in lifting that kind of weight. I also do MMA and other martial arts so I need my arms strong.

  • What the hell are you doing here yong? 1st why is a "powerlifter" focusing on his arms? And you realize that by jerking and hopping your power is coming from your legs and back not your arms right? Your entire workout is useless for arms. The muscles you're working is a like a very weaksauce and dangerous Clean. Strip off 45lbs and a do a proper curl. And pack on 90 lbs and do a proper clean and jerk. Better results/
