No, that's what's called a TEASER. There have been alot of cases where Teasers for games have been released, and they were cancelled later. It happened alot in the past couple of years, with the economy crash and whatnot.

Just because the ending of a game drops 9001 hints of a sequel, doesn't mean that there's a 100%, or even an 80% chance of a sequel. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.
