i get that you wouldnt get surgery or take pills for "improvements" but working out wouldnt hurt.

i dont know if you normally work out, but im really small and when my arms are just a tag big, i can look rounder and smaller, so try this some tricep workouts,(google them) it gives you more balanced within your whole frame
