I could feel the energy and the nbdma spirit also in this video but in every video of nbdma i have seen...this dojo is so special to me i love it i a so sad i am not there .....

but i enjoy watching his videos...and his students....so amazing ....you are so blessed for beeing his student...if i were you i will go there every day....

I like this kick-boxing class. Your students are very disciplined and training with joy.

I like those training-drills especially the jumping little-frogs ,-) or seals.

I can feel the pain in my face only by watching them boxing!
