The background noise sounds to me like a kitchen blender. I can't prove who's doing it, but his mother disapproved of his constant guitar practicing at first, until his phenomenal ability became obvious to her. But even if it is her, I doubt that she is doing anything malicious or deliberately disruptive. Small house, she has to cook for herself, her husband and about 3 kids, she doesn't yet see much importance to making extra space for his videos; that will come later....

It's not the technical abilities of this kid that scare me, but just his musical sense in general. He just feels that groove and nails the timing...
