Ritchie has, is and always will be one of the greatest guitar player in rock history. he sometimes gets a bit underrated compared to Page. But Blackmore is by far and large way beyond Pagey. Blackmore has both technique and feeling in his playing. Ritchie rocks!
Ricordi vivi di stupore e meraviglia nel solo "impossibile" di "child in time" in "made in japan" quando ancora non v'erano video e tutto era immaginazione! Un vero monumento regalato ai posteri.
Just because one can play the guitar really fast does not make it sound good... it's just a bunch of weird electronic noises. I rather hear each tone clean and clear with smooth rythum. Sorry but just my opinion so please don't get too offended here ;0
@BlackPurpleFish thanks, but unfortunatly it's not the one, I'm still chearching for it!!!!! ; mayby it's something from the german live concert 1995 but can't find it...shit!.. :-(

This line-up is really good! Doogie can sing ANY Rainbow or Purple material as you can see in this concert in Germany '95, not everybody can do that.

I agree that these were the best ever Rainbow concerts.
All rainbow singers have had great voices, but...
Ronnie Dio was too theatrical always waving his hands around like a mystical soothsayer, ad libbing.
Graham Bonnet wasn't good at remembering words and looked like a Miami Vice Reject.
Dear old Joleen Turner just looked and acted like a big tart.
Doogie White was just great, superb voice and great stage presence, almost in the same league as Gillan and Coverdale.
This Rainbow ROCKED !!

@BlackPurpleFish
Hi, does someone knows from which LP the last song assolo (from N° 440) of this video is, and maybe the tittle of the song???? thanks !!!!!!!!!!
PS: 200 years can pass by.........Blackmore will always remain the best.

@56TheMick I think this must be "Arial" from the album "Stranger In Us All". "Arial" is one of Rainbow's finest songs.
