Thanks for the encouraging comment. Like yagher said in the comment above, the Beaba Babycook is great for other things - not just cooking/pureeing baby food. If you get one, I hope you enjoy it! :)

I love my Babycook! It allows me to make my son's food in small quantities so he has freshly prepared food at mealtimes.

I plan to use the Babycook long after my baby is past the pureed food stage. I've often even just used the steamer part to steam 1-2 portions of vegetables for my self to eat. And the food processor part is great for processing small quantities like garlic, fresh bread crumbs homemade hummous etc. It's a really versatile appliance!

Did you buy this locally? I bet my niece would love this. Bain is eating (and apparently really loving it) at this point. Okay, gotta say, it looks really yummy. Hopefully I don't lose my teeth when I'm older, but if I do? I'm so getting one of these ;)

Yes, I bought this at Williams-Sonoma in the Ala Moana Shopping Center. I tried the puree and it was surprisingly delicious even without any seasoning.

I definitely hope you won't need to buy one of these for yourself! :) Maybe for Bain?

hehe Maybe when he is done using it, I will just put it in storage for possible later usage. I haven't been to Ala Moana in quite a long time. It is probably time to go again.

One day Bain fell asleep as he was being fed. So my niece cleaned him up and (get this), there is a lever where you can recline him. She never knew why you'd ever need something like that in a high chair. Simple! Kanak-attack! :)
