"Balanced discussion": no, no real issues are raised about multinationals whatsoever: the fact is that they are private dictatorships - that is not some Marxist, pie in the sky observation - that is simply what they are. They exist, 1st & foremost, to make a profit for their shareholders (it is their legal obligation to do so), not to improve working conditions or to improve the lives of those who work for them. They are not democratic forms of social organisation.
