Don't Bother Me, goes up there with I Saw Her Standing There, as one of the great early Beatles album records. This song happened to catch Mccartney and Lennon off guard, for how well written and put together it was, in a way it made them both strive to be better songwriters themselves, bar their own ongoing songwriting rivalry.
@98bigbutt not really without ringos energy the Beatles wouldn't be who they where. and Paul has got some pretty sweet dances that makes him entertaining.
Another great "Beatle Sound" originated by Harrison. Great silences or breaks in beat. Genius. Akin to what Miles Davis said was what made for good sounds. Lennon and McCartney couldn't have done it without George.

I'm in my mid-30's and have been ridiculed & doubted by peers and dissed by beautiful women. I was born with defective wiring, so I can't completely connect well with people either. Just don't become too bitter at the world as I did for a while. I'm still single and it's not killing me. At least for now anyway.

@wiisalute That's a lot more than some people get. Maybe your goal should be to have a friend who is a girl. That might deveop into something deeper. The holidays can be really tough when you don't have someone special to share them with. Perhaps you could volunteer somewhere that there are people less fortunate than you. That will keep you occupied so that you won't be thinking about your ex-girlfriend as much, and you might meet another volunteer that you could strike up a conversation with.
@wiisalute The main thing to remember is... don't be so anxious and nervous. Ask yourself, "Am I still going to have both my arms and legs if she says 'No" ? Yes, you will. There is nothing else to be afraid of. You can come back from everything except physical violence. And if they laugh... you laugh, too. It takes away all their power. I'm a 38 year old Afro American and I've been listening to the Beatles since I was 5 years old. This is one of my favorite groups of all times. Georgre Harrison was always the coolest of the group to me, if his family would ever sell his guitar that he played during the days of the Beatles I would try my very best to add it to my expensive Beatles souvenir.
The Beatles are my musical parents and my biggest influence. Their intricate chord progressions and innovative arrangements aren't really shown until their later years, but this pop stuff really influences my pop stuff, as well. Ultimately I consider George Harrison the most lyrically gifted. Some of his best written music was not influenced by drugs but after his time spent with Ravi Shankar. And if you truly look deep into his lyrics, the influence of Hinduism shines through and the songs are absolutely amazing. "Within You, Without You", although not favored by alot of people, is so very well written and has one of the greatest underlying meanings I have ever heard in any of the Beatles' songs

No es de mis favoritas, y George las tiene mejores,pero aun asi... A quien no le gusten los beatles, es porque no los a escuchado bien, o sólo ha escuchado algo.Tienen tantas canciones, y tan variadas, que alguna ha de gustarles.Se de un metalero que decía que los beatles cantan mariconadas; le puse Helter skelter,Bithday y yer blues,todas del blanco ¿Esto son los beatles?
