Hi, I know how to fix that.

All you have to do is to pull out the plug of your earphone a little bit. Listen while you find the right position. It will turn to mono and you´ll hear the sound on both ears.

It´s a little tricky.

These awesome videos are ruined for me by the fact that I can only hear them through one earphone, and I can't figure out how to fix that. It feels like someone jammed their pinky finger in my right ear and totally kills it for me.

Not strictly true. The videos you've seen recently are all taken from the same training weekend, so what you are seeing is cut footage taken from more than one day.
