  • amazing man..

  • @MrCerati19 thanks! :D

  • Nick!!! Where's your badass music? U usually got power-tunes cranked up in your vids! lol

Anyways, cranked or silent it's always awesome! And who's the (1) dickhead that disliked this vid...I wanna squash um!!!

  • @StevenSWM Hey!!! LOL i know i didnt get any badass music on this one. LOL at the dickhead disliker. Happy New Year, hope everything is going good with you there.

  • Fcking deep hand stand push-ups! Respect man, good job!

  • @ladiCZekabin yaaa deep handstands are killer, that was how i stepped them up recently. A year ago i couldnt handstand at all lol. I bet your killing it with your calisthenic training!!! ill have to check your channel out

  • @phillyblackm thanks bro

  • Beast!

  • wow man you make it look soooo easy

  • @EvBarIsraeL Hey buddy! thanks! The longer you continue to practice, the easier the movements begin to get. All the best on your 2012 training and progress over there! Im gonna check out your channel right now

  • @Fazioenterprise np.

ya i know it i can do now front lever!! for max 8-10 sec thank you!!

  • Are the markings on the ground there to simulate the standard distance between parallel bars? Just wondering if your preparing to compete or something. Its amazing what you can do.

  • @hatemeoverthere No competing, i just taped the squares from separating. I do work alot of different widths with pushing or pulling exercises. Narrow grip hspu and planches for tri's, wider than shoulder width for chest, and wide width with very deep range of movement for shoulders on planches and hspu.

  • Wow your progress in one year has been fantastic!

  • @FitnessFAQs Thanks bro! took awhile to get the full range of motion and stricter form, you gave me good tips when i was starting out and vids inspired me.

  • Why do you prefer body weight work outs over weightlifting? I just got in to working out.

And is it possible get abs like Tyler Durden in Fight Club by doing body weight exercises? (I know I know)

    Thanks

  • @BlodOgTorden

    troll?

  • @caioclm Why would I be trolling? It was honest question that I wanted an honest answer for. Jeez

  • @BlodOgTorden Muscle built from bodyweight is much more functional. For starting out it is good to use both weights and bodyweight exercises. And yes all the best and hardest ab exercises tend to be bodyweight exercises, such as dragon flags. Leg raises on the pullup bar and off the floor are 2 good ones that i really like, but form is important on them, and slow steady controled movement so it is effective. Then adding ankle weight later on. Get atleast 4-5 different ab exercises to work on

  • @Fazioenterprise Alright man thanks for the reply.

  • RockStar!

  • what is the length of the horizontal bars? (sorry for my english)

  • @WorthLosing hey good question! thats a new set of pvc parallettes i made after realizing how to size them better. Go 2 feet on the top horizonal. If your using pvc like i did make sure to use 1.5 inch. Also if using pvc, use pvc pressure fittings not drainage fitting... they have a deeper make in for the pipe

  • ahh bro what can i say.. your freakin incredible! I click Like everytime before even watching your vids and so far no dissapointment lol! 0:19 damn! thats beyond 90 degree push ups i never seen it before, call it the fazio range of motion lmao, peace bro

  • @AleviCevahir heyyyy!! ya 0:19 !!!! i imagined that move weeks ago, and been working on it, cant believe i got it. Pressing up from a slightly declined angle to a inclined angle... The added angle change to the press makes the upper and lower chest have to both do work

  • how did you make those parallette's?

  • @StuPhee hey! you can google how to make pvc parallettes for directions. You will find different people using different sizing... i have made different pairs and can say the ideal sizing is to use 1.5 inch pvc pipe, and the top horizontal piece to be 2 feet long. Also u want pressure fittings, not drainage... they have a deeper insert to glue into

  • Excellent strength and control. By the way, did you make all of the equipment in your gym?

  • @rmsolympic1 hey! ya im a busy little beaver making workout stuff... lol

  • As allways Amazing strength, and Do something new shits getting old dude. Just saying man.

  • Comment removed

  • @kane123369 Then you show off your strength and make a video that will entertain us. Fazio goes out of his way to make these videos and that's what you have to say. Learn to show respect.

  • @volvoguy850r In time, And agreed I do respect him that is why hes been

promoted on my page for a while now. Buddy.

  • @volvoguy850r lol :D thanks bro... not everything is totally new but there progressive exercises that i video when i reach new levels of control or range of motion. thanks again

  • @Fazioenterprise I know you progress and go through different routines, but how long have you been using calisthenics as your main exercise routine?

  • @volvoguy850r the last 1.5 - 2 years doing only calisthenics. Not all the exercises i started progressing right away.... Handstand pushup exercises i started progressing from scratch 6 months ago. Planche pushup progress takes the longest to get the form and full range.

  • @kane123369 Understand that these are not tricks for Nick.. These are his actual workouts that he records.

So to stray away from his routine will have no benefit. Plus, we never know what he is practicing off camera.. Maybe there is some "new" things he just doesn't want anyone seeing until perfected.. All of these things have to be taken into consideration. We all gotta be patient and wait for more.

  • @1yaboydre Thanks! Ya some stuff is new, and some stuff i progressed and got better at so i video it. And yes you are totally right i am always working on new stuff that i dont video until its perfected.
