You can go to Image at the top of photoshop and edit Hue/Saturation. If you play with Hue you can also change the color.

Yes u pay for photo shop and its like 100$ at least!!! But there are other ways to get it for free but i dont recommend it. If you try to get it for free its against the law so you will be better off buying it.

it costs about $500-800 depends on what kind you buy. ps 6, ps7, cs3, cs4 etc.. But GIMP is for free though it's kinda like photoshop but has a little less stuff but it still works as well for this kind of project :] just search for GIMP on google.

You can't do what I do in this video on paint. Paint doesn't use layers and has no advanced tools. You can do a similar thing on paint but ends up looking shit with no shadows or detail in the clothing.
