Nice video.We have land right next to hartwell.We are going striper fishing this month in the tugloo river ive caught some good ones out of there.If you could write back please and if you could can you tell me about the dam at hartwell i herd they caught two 40 pounders this week in there so if you could write back.
Let me clarify..the stripers in the Gulf have a high mercury content...you are actually limited to how many you can consume safley in a period. It doesnt change the flavor. I love eating stripers!
just like salmon, they would spawn up in fresh water rivers and then go out to sea. when the damn systems got built on the rivers they got land locked. some river systems they reproduce in, some they don't. land locked fish typically don't get as big as the sea going ones.
