I think most long-term NF customers can relate to this video. Netflix was like sliced bread, apple pie, the best thing that happened to the movie rental business. I believed that Long-term customers eventually would accept the price increase. But as a long-term customer knows splitting the company at this time was a huge blunder. When the majority of it's customers were getting DVD's because we want a quality picture and sound and MOST important selection and ease of use. Two websites? Please!!
