So true as the concept can be challenging as it is a different way to communicate, or sound authentic.. Please note that we are showing a basic, training wheels.type of demonstartion. When doing this in reality the communication is subtle and sounds natural and authentic.
On the other hand this takes practice to change old habits of communicating. Hoping this post helps bring some clarity.
@roddaut English has assumptions of *power over others* and *control* and *demands not requests* built in to the language. To communicate without those assumptions in English requires a restructuring of the language, which takes time to get used to.
