  • Nonviolent Communication was developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg

  • Nonviolent Communication does work if it is practiced with authenticity in the intention....

  • Great stuff, thanks. I'll need to practice it until it becomes more easy to use those kinds of expression. I expect it'll get some skepticism, but when sustained will get the credibility and trust needed for healing dialogues.

  • Thanks for the video. IT'S VERY HELPFUL AND ENCOURAGING.

  • GREAT VIDEO AND HELPFUL DEMONSTRATION. THANKS LOADS BOTH OF YOU.

  • I like the concept, but it's hard for me to imagine talking that way. I may have to see it happen in real life.

  • @roddaut

So true as the concept can be challenging as it is a different way to communicate, or sound authentic.. Please note that we are showing a basic, training wheels.type of demonstartion. When doing this in reality the communication is subtle and sounds natural and authentic.

On the other hand this takes practice to change old habits of communicating. Hoping this post helps bring some clarity.

  • @roddaut English has assumptions of *power over others* and *control* and *demands not requests* built in to the language. To communicate without those assumptions in English requires a restructuring of the language, which takes time to get used to.

  • very good!!

  • This is great! I want to emulate this in my relationships.
