Plus, that Loos(er) was his PA i.e. she knew all of his schedule hence the "real" details about hotels and parties. She was with him for almost 24/7. So, if I was David, it would be hard for me to dispute the "evidence" either. As for the SMSes, she easily could have had access to David's phone whenever David left his phone even for 1 minute. Hardly evidence, isn't it?

The former chief reporter Mr. Moslev confirmed last week that they HACKED into David's phone, found the texts, and offered Rebecca Loos a six figure sum to come forward about the affair. Why would they still back the story in 2011, and pay her millions for a false headline? Also the Beckhams said they were going to press charges, and they never did. He def. cheated.

Those texts were shown to them by the Looser via HER phone, not David's phone! The NOTW only hacked David's phone when he's TALKING someone else's. And you CANNOT hacked someone's phone to get their text, unless you steel it! The chief editor said when they were hacking his phone David picked up his phone so they cut it down.

David was accused of having an affair with a Bev Hills wife recently as well. Her husband divorced her because of it. She kept it out of the media.. so was that a lie too? :)

I really do believe he cheated on Victoria in Spain, as all the evidence was hard to dispute. But you know what? Victoria handled it brilliantly. She didn't divorce him and let it destroy both of their lives. She moved them across the ocean to start a new life, and made their marriage stronger than ever. She's supported him through good times and bad, and I think he must have a tremendous amount of respect for her for staying with him and making their marriage stronger.
