ya flashback led into bubbler, no chance it going boom.. Dont understand what they're trying to do, any engine will run off hho though, you gotte retard the timing and trick the o2 sensor. Patent? no chance.
P.s. diesel's run on it to, replace glow plugs for spark plugs
Hydrogen not 30 to 1 compression, unless you want hiroshma again, 9to1, stop splitting the oxygen.... stop comparing it with gasoline, hydrogen explode under any pressure, gas only explodes when its under pressure

Neen watching SC and ZFF for years - gas is 8:1 compression Diesel is 18:1 maybe not exact but you see the difference. Now look at Hydrogen and it is 30:1 that is why diesels see better gains than regular gas motors. BUILD A HHO DIESEL motor from the ground up designed for the fuel and then it will be done.
I noticed while watching the video, that around 2:17 minutes, that when the popping sound occurred there appears to be a flash inside the air line tubing. I would think this is where is should not explode, right?
not everybody here want to share ideas. Instead they want to steal ideas for their own greed. I have plans to produce only HH. the only person seems to be serious here is ZFF.
I have learned enough by running small gasoline engines on HHO that I think I could now design an engine that was uniquely suited to burning HHO as the fuel. It is quite different than burning gasoline. But being able to fabricate a prototype is another matter ... I have neither the skill nor the financial resources to pull it off ... so for time being, we do the best we can with what we got ...
You can obtain a provisional patent for I believe $100. This gives you a year to take time and do your own patent search. Patents are only expensive if you hire a patent attorney. However be sure that you are able to perform the exhaustive patent search.
I think i remember a you tube video where someone said you couldn't start an engine with hho. You had to start with petrol first, then add hho and remove petrol. Correct me if i'm wrong.
it most certainly can be started on HHO ... done it many, many times ... you do need to increase the air:hho ratio to about 5:1 to get it to start reliably ... once stated, you can lean the mix out to about 10:1 and the engine will continue to run well ...
the problem I was having at this show was was my own concerns about making so much HHO that I might endanger folks ... loud bang is one thing, flying pieces of bubbler are another ...
But I can't see the point in running a motor from HHO only. Where would you get the HHO from? A battery? Then it would be more efficient to run an electric motor directly. When converting water to HHO you loose about 20-30% energy, and running an combustion motor you loose yet another 50%(?).
I can only see som benefits from HHO in old inefficient motors, using HHO to let the motor run better.
water vapor dont go bang ... these are simply experiments done for the joy of doing it, nothing more ... I am not implying any mystical knowledge or breaking any physical laws with what I am doing ... it just flat gives me a giggle to run a engine that was designed to run on gasoline, using a fuel I am able to make myself, any time I feel like doing it ... purely for the fun of it ... try it ... have seen grown men giggle like school a school girl when they first see it working ...
Why no flash back arrestor. They are easy and cheap to build, just a tube with tightly packed bronze wool or even fine sand. Adjust tube size to limit back pressure. Easy and cheaper than blowing up bubblers all the time.
every flash back arrestor design I have seen so far restricts my flow volume too much to be useful ... so I depend on a bubbler system with a good pressure relief system ... setup I took to the show was tested extensively prior to making the trip and appeared to be rock solid ... but as with most things, if its going to blow up on you, it will be when everyone is watching ... oh well ...
agreed ... not my best showing ... and of course the one time that day I did get it running nicely, Zero was in the men's room ... LOL ...
ElectrikRide did get some video of the engine running and I have published many videos on my own channel that show you how you can do it also if you are interested in trying ...
I filled a balloon up with HHO and ran a Troy 4-cycle (stroke) weed whacker for about a minute. It ran pretty good, only a few flashbacks even though the engine didn't have and mods done for using HHO. I'll post a video next time I do it.
oh, god... you managed to get my ugly ass in there too... man, the video just doesn't do those flashbacks any justice. But the video quality is superb Z
Attempting to run on pure HHO eh? Looks like a generator bolted straight to an alternator. We need more of these authentic videos. Is there a load on the alternator?
the way this setup was being shown, it was a purely stock cheap Chinese made 1200w genset with a 87cc engine ... no timing mods, no special spark, nothing ... just straight up on HHO ... before I blew up the last of my bubblers, I was able to get it to run for about 5 minutes ...
yeah, the flame front moves so fast, that its hard to catch it climbing up the tube ... I did a quick bloopers video early this year choreographed to the 1812 Overture where I show you some pretty cool ones caught by the camera ... some at night when it really shows up well ...

How sad that the HHO cultist got suspended from Google after filing numerous fraudulent DMCA claims for other people's videos.

HHO does not burn as quick as gasoline does, therefore you must change the ignition timer, which is probably what went wrong here

I beg to differ, hydrogen burns almost instantaneously in comparison to gasoline.

WHAT? HHO burn much quicker than gas!

If you patent it, "they" will bury it.
Please please please reconsider.

Hi.
First: great job with the PWM.
But I can't see the point in running a motor from HHO only. Where would you get the HHO from? A battery? Then it would be more efficient to run an electric motor directly. When converting water to HHO you loose about 20-30% energy, and running an combustion motor you loose yet another 50%(?).

Why not try using water vapor in stead of HHO?

Just parallel up numerous flashback arrestors until you get the flow rate you desire.
ChrisPCrunchy 2 years ago
use a one way gas valve at the end of the gas line to prevent the back flow.
