Unbelievable factual errors in this video. For example, President Lincoln was not elected in 1861 (it was 1860). Chris Smith was not the first to install a gasoline engine in a boat. Chris-Craft making 1,000 boats annually was not the largest boat builder., etc.....
@ThompsonBoat Lincoln did take office in 1861, but not elected... correct, but you lost me after that. They never said they were first to install gasoline engine, just that they could be rightly called pioneers in that task. And the video never says that they were the largest boat builder, but did say that Chris Craft proudly claimed to be the largest mahogany boat builder. Big difference and not factual errors as you claim.
So smarty pants. Tell us the right answers...
