An administrative law judge does not have contempt power, so there is no way for him to enforce any order even if he had made such an order. I doubt this judge is going to risk entering an illegal order of contempt. He's been a judge for a long time and knows his limitations.

Plaintiff would then request to submit a reply and the hearing would be moved forward. Admin hearings are somewhat different, however.

An administrative law judge does not have contempt power, so there is no way for him to enforce any order even if he had made such an order. I doubt this judge is going to risk entering an illegal order of contempt. He's been a judge for a long time and knows his limitations.

They should get Michelle Obama up on the stand and have her explain what she meant when she blurted out her husband was born in Kenya. You can find this on YouTube, along with the layering Adobe Photoshop smoking gun.
My favorite part of the fake certificate is the mention of the mother as AFRICAN AMERICAN because in 1961 that term was NEVER used. The vernacular was NEGRO. Nice try.

@eredy - Not so. It doesn't matter if they were immigrants - what matters is - WHERE THEY CITIZENS at the time of the birth of the child. In both of these cases - the answer is YES. In Obama's case - the answer is NO. Obama's father NEVER was a US citizen. Obama is not eligible - he KNOWS that he is not - that is why he is fighting this court case with all he has. If Ga. keeps him off the ballot - other states will follow and BHO can NOT run for Prez. O' Happy Day!!!

@ppsimmons It won't work.. he's got too much momentum.. his ball is rolling fast.. nothing can stop him now. The laws that have been passed have already destroyed this country anyway. What good would it do to get rid of him? Just another one just like him would come in his place.

@ppsimmons If you need to be natural born citizen parents to give your child natural born citizenship than how can mitt romney be a NBC if his father was born in mexico. mitt romney's father was born to American born parents that had taken up residence in mexico to avoid prosecution for polygamy and had started a morman church in mexico as well. They only came back to America to avoid the war in mexico. mitt can not be the potus now or ever since he has an allegience to mexico.

@organichik - The answer is simple. His father was a CITIZEN at the time of Mitt's birth. Obama's was NOT. Mitt is eligible - Obama is NOT. IT doesn't matter where the parents were born as long as the child was born in US and the parents were both citizens at TIME of birth. Hope this helps.

@ppsimmons Even if he was born in Hawaii- he attended school in Indonesia- which requires-if you want to go to school there you can only be an Indonesian citizen---that mean he had to give up Us citizenship if he had it. then, he was naturalized...still NOT qualified!

@ppsimmons There is also the question of being adopted by his step father, Lolo Soetoro, in Indonesia and there he took his father’s name. While in Indonesia he was in school that only allowed citizens, At the time BHO was living there the country was at war and did not allow dual citizenship. This raises a whole host of question. Did BHO immigrate back to the USA? Did he renounce his US citizenship? Where is the paperwork?

To be President of the USA, Obama must be a natural born citizen.
2 conditions to be a natural born citizen:
1) Obama must be born in the USA.
2) Obama's parent must BOTH be American citizens. Obama's father was NEVER an American citizen.
Conclusion: Obama is not eligible to be President of the USA, nor to run for Presidency of the USA!
Obama studied law. He knew this fact LONG AGO but decided that, as a black, he could tramples the Constitution of the USA and be above it!!!

I don't think we Americans can even grasp the horrendous trouble we are in with this Ruler! I try to figure out why the republican leaders let him do what he wants. Seems like they could unite and do something , since they are smart enough to see he is destroying us! Everything seems to go Obama's way! God is the only answer for "we the people"! Since the truth is not in him, I can't say, like some, that he is a good father! What an example! Just thinking out loud!
