Hey bought a E3 Red 200mw from wicked lasers

and it DOESNT burn shit!

i mean i cant even see the beam

it doesnt make heat NOTHING ITS just a freackin regular laser

I sent an email to them and they said the batteries are cheap!

is there a problem with my laser?

@6yeah6 theres probably not a problem with your laser apart from the fact its under spec. wicked lasers are notorious for being liars and selling WAY under spec lasers. i personally only trust lazerer.com. all their lasers are always bang on or way overspec and their customer service is a lot batter. if you want a good 200mw red buy the rifle 650nm 200mW focusable burning red laser. its a bit more pricey than the one in this vid (still a good laser) but the rifle is great!

Laser energy is absorbed primarily by surfaces with more or less complimentary (opposite) or dark colors. Caucasian skin (and the red tissue underneath) doesn't absorb much red light so it doesn't build up much heat.

@Cashilysh If you want light show and brightness You should get the green one. If you are the destroyer kind that wants to burn stuff and pop thing then the red one is the one that you should get. Im not saying the green doesnt pop anything but red is much better at burning.

I recently bought this laser. It is a good laser. The focusing head is great because the whole head turns and it is nice and tight and doesn't jump out of focus. Properly focused it lights matches in a second, it easily smokes any dark colored surfaces, it will burn holes through black CD cases., etc. Be careful using this laser wear proper safety goggles and NEVER point it at people, animals, or any kind of vehicles.

This is a really good video. I didn't know there were lasers like this and Id like one to see if it can be used to defrost car windows. this sounds crazy,i know,but no crazier than using a torch to defrost.wich I have done for 2 winters now. This would be more fun and effective.
