@SamMcAlpin it's not hard to program a dancing robot not for a multi million company and just attach a phone with some simple app or a synchronised video
@SamMcAlpin I'm also sorry but just because you uploaded few shitty videos doesn't mean that you actually know what the fuck r u talking about. Robot movements are way too smooth to be stop motion and I really doubt that nokia decided to use billion work hours to make them move using stop motion when it is way faster, cheaper and easier just to build and program some robots + you can show them off to the live audience
@SamMcAlpin The Cally + Callo Robot Cell phones have a vocabulary of dance moves, such as squeezing the legs together to stand up (0:09-0:11).
These were each filmed according to a rough script. Each jump-cut you see in the video is a separate sequence that was filmed live. The motion vocabulary was then edited together to the LMFAO music.
i was just wondering whether the phone itself does anything more than show a smiling face. does it actually control the movements or are they pre-programmed/controlled by something else?
I give a shit to the "I am rich, I have an 1000€ IPhone with thousands of needless apps".
Nokia is more in contact with their customers as Apple. Nokia is changing ideas, making new real working and needed apps together (QT), developes new operating systems like meego... Nokia is creative. Nokia is simply connecting people for years...and not spltting people like Apple to those one who have an expansive iPhone and those one who do not. =)
