do you still have the GS? Model is still a masterpiece, considering the fact that in 1970 most mainstream manufacturers were used to simple cast iron, single center cams, live axles and drum brakes. My dad bought a beige GS Club in 1978 and he loved it. Except for the mileage and rust. Oh well...

Le moteur est d'une GSA. 1300cc. Un moteur de citroen d'origine, mais à partir d'un modèle plus récent.

yea high rpm will break parts faster than forced induction will, i dont exceed 7000 on mine. but this engine is a guinea pig so i do intend to break it just to see how much shit it will take. as it has a dodgy block repair that leaks oil, and i have a spare or 2. do u have video??

Hello, how did you safe the piston rod? I had two blowups yet on similar setup (no turbo, two carbs, 95hp), but in _Dyane_ :)

ive been daily driving for more than a month on 5psi, engine is fine, it doesnt get over revved tho, is that why yours broke?

I had many problems, from the road chunks that blows the vent at high speed, to the broken engine head straps that leaded into the broken piston rod (or reverse?). I had two engines, fully refurbished, no sign of oil whatever. The other thing is the matter of my way driving such bomb, because the RPM was often exceeding 7000, so there was probably the main issue ;) Also several guys doing similar setups had the same problems with rods :(

Im not sure how fast it is, ive not driven it very far yet. i estimate 200kph top speed, unsure of 0-100.

Lindsay says "It sounds good!" , and , "did he change the engine or something" lol , put it down to me constantly bad mouthing french cars ;-) and her prior love of "subaru sound" exhausts with a strong beat frequency. i sure hope you havent written it off or blown it up before i get back :-)
