Myhahaha this video is useless.. are you starting another spammy war or what? Everybody knows that PCs are better for games/work/compatibility/music­/movies/piracy/clocking/hackin­g/and every possibly other thing

Correct me if I'm wrong, but PC's have always been dominate for gaming. As far as I know, only in the last couple of years have Mac's been able to play games. The Mac Operating System I find to be very basic, and Windows 7 is definitely a stable OS, unlike Vista. (Although I've never had Vista crash on me before). Anyways, Macs just can't seem to handle high performance tasks, they seem to focus on getting the highest resolution. All you can do is the browse the internet and produce media.

mac isnt for gaming. it can play some games but its not hardcore.

for mac users that say i can play crysis 2 with bootcamp, playing at medium or high quality or using directx 9 is not really saying it can play it, you just are barely to play it. no mac as in right now has a GPU better or the same as a ATI 6990 or GTX 590 and you cant have 2 or 4 cards. so pc gaming has much more limits then a mac and you can over clock the gpu to run faster and you can use water cooling and you cant in a mac.

@WMVideos20 my pc has 512mb and its not even a hardcore gaming pc, a ATI 6990 has 4GB of GDDR5 and a GTX 590 has 3GB of GDDR5 memory and pcs depending on the mother boards can run 4 cards at the same time lol so thats like 2 mac pro fully loaded with half the price lol or the same.

yeah you run windows from bootcamp but remember you are limited. if you play crysis 2 on bootcamp. i doubt you can play it on extreme quality and playing at 60 or 80 FPS lol

pc is far better then mac in gaming.

And also the performance you get when you buy macs is just awful, the ones for 5 grand still use HD5770s for example, which just are decent for gaming. For that price you can get at least two HD6990s or GTX590s (the world's fastest graphic cards currently) in a pc system. Those graphic cards are not even supported by mac.

I've used a mac for a year in school. It's nothing special, in fact I found it to be very under-whelming. Mac OS is pretty simple and looks nice, but that's all I can say. I found I could actually do way more on my P.C. (gaming to be specific). Macs are easy to use yes and have some good programs, but it doesn't justify the hype or price.

@megafunky5 My windows machine is fast and efficient. Windows requires some more up keep and optimization, but windows 7 has never crashed on me... never. It's all about preference. There's a lot of general misconceptions, but in the end it's about the software you like, and what fits into the intended use the best.

I'm only playing Minecraft of my macbook, stuff like Crysis 2 is better for my pc. :D Look at the difference of the processors of the mac and the pc: mac: Intel core 2 duo pc: AMD Phenon II X6 video cards: mac: Radeon X1600 pc: Radeon HD 6950 So, you see, animations liek opening files and stuff look cool and so on on a mac, but for playing games, I recommend you to use a pc.

@CrankUpProductions Exactly, the only advantage that macs have over pcs are support, easy to use, and they look cool. For half the money you can make a pc that looks just as cool. If you buy a mac you are obviously stupid. If you have any prior knowledge about computers and you know how to use google then you will have no problems with a pc. The common mistake in comparing a mac to a pc is when they compare a 5grand mac to a 0.5grand pc. Obviously the parts are way different (16g ram vs 1-2 g)

and Cataclysm takes more ram and is heavyer on your CPU than previous games so those are outdated too
