And also, Mick looked pissed (he was kinda giving the filmer a death-stare) towards the end when the guy moved over to get a good front-view zoom on Joe's face (again), Mick must have thought he was filming him.
I'm believe this was from December, 1981 and I think it is the same crew that did the Live at Five interview based off of Joe's attire and look. That's about all I can figure out.
