  • It is G B D G B D low to high. yes you can buy a doo dad (?) that goes over the nut that allows you to experiment with playing dobro style.

  • This instrument is a Dobro (or resophonic guitar). It features rised strings and is played with a tone bar in the left hand. This one is tuned in an open G chord which is DBGDBG. A standard guitar is tuned to EBGDAE.

  • love the sound of this instrument, thanks for posting . ive got an old guitar with hi action, could i use this to get started learnin/? how s it tuned and what that in the left hand, a metal bar of sorts? excuse this question from a complete newbe
