I can definitely see the weight loss! You are GLOWING! Good for you! I also need to do a post cleanse video.. because it is going great for me and I have not gained any weight back yet! SO good for you! 31 days is QUITE impressive! I just started working out yesterday.. and MAN I AM SORE!!! Great JOB!!
