Yes this is a Queen ant starting her colony. 1. Her shape is like a queen, 2. She is working alone, and 3. Most worker ant do not dig in and exit out backwards, watch other ants and see if many dig this way? This is rare to catch on video. This is not the type of ant that troubles us humans in our houses, ants are the Earth's cleaners, they are hard workers and devoted to their colonys. Don,t bothers them and they won,t bother you. Just stop bothering Fire Ants, then you ask for trouble......
