I can tell you're real and most of what u mentioned are on my list too but my advice is don't ask for too much out of a person. Nobody is that perfect. Not now.. not ever. From my limited experience I'd say pick the most fundamental aspects you prefer in a mate and stick with those.. the other minor things, the ones that can be negotiated, give a little wiggle room ;)
