  • Really inspiring. Love it.

  • stunning

  • I use a JBL cristoprofi 1500LPH and an Eheim 2078.

I use the canon 5dmk2 to take videos, all from outside of the tank using different lenses. Nothing is shot 'inside' the tank.

    The plants are

    E. Tenullus, HC, E Vesuvius, Vallis Nana, HM, E Parvula, riccia, Christmas moss, glossostigma

  • Hey Mark. very nice setup there. Well u said 120 cm i.e. 1.2 M. that's very interesting point. What kind of filteraetions you are using and do you mind to video your tank from out side. You just took closeups but add some out body of tank.

  • Awesome tank! Do you mind sharing the plant spec? is that HC and eleocharis parvula on the foreground? and what is the plant next to ricia?

  • Wonderful mate! I'm so in love with your layout ahahah

  • Thanks for the words guys.

RE: substrate. I've never tried akadama, but i would suggest going for ADA aquasoil Amazonia. It's my substrate of choice, undoubtedly the best.

  • love the riccia and the mosses! great job!

  • wow..beautiful aquarium and fish selection! Keep up the great work

  • as always......amazing!

just ordered my new tank, 150cm, cant wait to start on a more structured scape. i was considering trying some akadama for the substrate this time instead of the flourite sand, do you have any experience with akadama or advice on which substrate to go for?
