Self Defense - on the ground with an opponent punching.

what about straight punch? or just elbows..:S?? its ok the way you teach it but you need more alternatives.

Hmmm... you make it sound like it's easy.

My advice to anyone learning self defense on the web: drill this and any other self defense technique you learn against a live, resisting opponent. That's the only way you'll know if it works, if it works for you, and how to make it work in a real situation.
