I notice that "Chicagoron61" says that all the finds are reported to

the proper authorities, so what is the problem you find with it?

I only regret that the U.S. doesn't have those interesting coins.

No and I could tell you why but that is another story (Hint Bolshevism). The end result was between 1939 and 1941 the UK almost lose that war too. But during that time Churchill was doing everything he could to get the US to pull his chestnuts out of the fire. Read "A Man Called Intrepid" by Sir William Stevenson. The US saves the UK again.
