  • man watch this in my government class best documentary ever

  • "It was a time when we made bold moves..."

Yeah right, we are so conservative now.

  • I hope to see this, thx

  • this movie is amazing

  • Thats the single most greatest documentary ever made.We humans did it and thats the true story about it.

  • I just bought this on Blue ray....Amazing!!!

  • I just watched this wonderful documentary. It was simply beautiful. Anyone who suggest a conspiracy is insulting everyone who participated in the moon landing.

  • Great trailer for a spectacular movie. I don't know how many times I've watched it. It's just amazing hearing the story in their own words all these years later. And the music by Philip Sheppard is awesome.

I remember watching it all as a kid. It was an incredible time. You must watch the movie.

  • I own this DVD and it is wonderful.

  • the point is look up and find something high to aim for. be more than you think you can be. if the highest you can aim for is to say "hey a bunch of people made a huge lie" well that's as high as you can aim. I'm gonna aim higher. :-)

  • 0:06 - 0:13 sends chills down my spine every time I hear it

  • @redhat11 For me it's hearing Walter Cronkite's voice at :35 in, giving the countdown. I remember watching this live and thinking "We'll all go..."

  • Everyone who thinks this is fake look at how the dust moves as it is kicked up, it moves as if it is in a low gravity vacuum environment, so there is all the proof that is needed to show you this did happen, dont tell me that the greatest undertaking in mankinds history is fake!

  • Its fake OK there is no such thing as the Moon.

  • ok stop being a wed troller.

  • I wish they'd made this 10 years earlier so we could've gotten Pete Conrad and Al Shepard's perspectives as well.

As tough a guy as Big Al was, he later admitted the sight of the lunar surface moved even him to tears!

  • i watched this in class today. i thot it was a great movie

  • You should have seen it on the big screen! Damn.

  • It was real

  • see my NASA special playlist

  • I watched this on channel 4 last night, it was a beautiful piece of work. Inspiring.

  • Conspiracy's are a waste of time money and brain power. That goes for Crystal skulls, 9/11, aliens and the moon. Nothing will get solved by fighting or debating. This project was too big to fake and would have taken more energy to fake then to just really going to the Moon. We (humans) went to the moon, be proud and ask "whats next" instead of downing ourselves. We are a great species if we want to be. We went to the moon be proud of it. Or are you all jealous they said "we did it" not "America"

  • govt say so and cheap vids. believe it or shut up you nut right. its enough. ignore all TONS of evidence against it. see my NASA SPECIAL playlist btw dont argue i agree with that. even if we went to the moon; its still a scam. BILLIONS of OUR dollars wasted to play around there while MILLIONS SUFFER HERE.

  • Fail... speak English or you are not worthy of a response...

  • a few misspent words are ok...

    but i can barely understand

so you are unworthy of a argument.

  • Everyone who thinks this is fake look at how the dust moves as it is kicked up, it moves as if it is in a low gravity vacuum environment, so there is all the proof that is needed to show you this did happen, dont tell me that the greatest undertaking in mankinds history is fake!

  • Well, that evidence plus the fact that even today, building a vacuum chamber big enough to fake it would be prohibitively difficult.

  • 48 years ago today, JFK made the speech that would change the course of history...

  • Three cheers for those 24 incredible guys! And let's not wait too long before we add to their numbers!

  • some say we did not go to the moon but i think we did

  • Awesome.

  • i love this film

  • We went to the moon my ass. I will not even download this bullshit American LIES!

    Fuck outta here.

  • hustletv- yeah, go, and don't let the door hit you in the ass.

You people that think the moon landing was a hoax are such pitiful idiots.

Do you think the Saturn V launches seen by thousands in Florida were an illusion?

If USA faked it, why did we fake it so many times? Apollo 8 to Apollo 17. Inc one failure to land.

Keeping a so called hoax secret for 40 years would be impossible...it would be easier to go to the moon.

  • complete horse sh*t. we went to the moon and that's that. mythbusters even did a show on the myth of the hoax. Anyway, how could you doubt an event that united a nation and the world in a quest for greater knowledge and understanding. Apollo 13 was and still is my favorite movie!!!! Long live the space program.

  • Indeed. The "conspiracy" that people like to rave about would have to have spanned at least 2 different administrations from different parties.

Plus somehow, they would have managed keep thousands of employees at NASA and the various contractors quiet for FORTY YEARS!?

The same administration that couldn't cover up a break-in to a hotel room a few years later managed to cover up all this???

  • Only 24 men have been out of earth orbit, 3 twice.

12 walked on the moon.. All of that SUCCESS happened before personal computers and CD's.

Oh yea.. the Space Shuttle never got closer than 240,000 miles from the moon.

Apollo astronauts went way faster too; up to 24,000 MPH . STS maybe 18,000 MPH

  • fail

  • Excellent documentary. I saw it 2 times and have the movie. Even if you don't think we went to the moon, you should see this.

And for all you tossers and asses out there that think we didn't go to the moon, screw you. I've seen the moon landing sites from a telescope.

  • but what about the van allen radiation belts? there is no atmosphere to protect from solar winds. can we see live pix of the old landing sites with google moon? the space shuttle has been near it how many times?

  • erichufschmid(dot)net for the real deal.

    Exposing zionist crimes since 2002!

Because maybe you can handle truth!

Disclaimer: Site not recommended for zionist jews, who may go into a squealing pig fit at the idea of their crimes being exposed.

  • Moon landing is a hoax!!!!!! You gentile suckers, you've been punk'd by da jooz!!!!!

  • I have this DVD and I just love it. Wonderful documentary!

  • We *did* go to the moon and soon enough all these conspiray nutjobs will have to eat their words when we get back there. The old landing sites are still there you know?

Then again, there are mountains of evidence right now, enough to convince any sane intelligent human being. Conspiracy nutjobs have subaverage IQs unfortunately...

  • Unfortunately it's quite illogical to think we did land on the moon since we can't do it today. Scientists today are perplexed at how they did it then.

  • The reason we can't do it today is we foolishly discarded valuable technology like the magnificent Saturn V boosters, forcing us to start over nearly from scratch. Even without moon missions, a rocket that powerful with its greater payload capacity has many applications, such as deploying larger satellites.

  • So we basically had better technology with today's obsolete technology? Why do we use today's technology if it was so much better before? The rocket boosters are just an excuse because they know that with today's technology we will be able to prove it is impossible to go out of the Van Allen belts. And why don't Americans buy the Russian rocket boosters that are much better than you ever made.

  • Why today's technology? Because much of the Apollo hardware was unwisely discarded leaving little to build upon. If we'd kept using it, then space technology today might be better.

Saturn V sent CSM's to the moon while the N1 blew up on the pad. That's a funny definition of better. Perhaps if Korolev hadn't died, things would be different.

The CTer's rant of choice. The astronauts passed through the belt in 30 minutes protected by their hull and got the same radiation as an xray scan.

  • Maybe they "discarded" it to hide the fact they did NOT have the technology to go to the moon.

Today scientists can not figure out how all that crappy material held together...

If the belts are so harmless then we should have no problem going to the moon and beyond.

Did you see the footage of the astronaut on the "moon" with his eyes illuminated by the sun wearing a helmet but he forgot to put the protective visor down. But they wouldn't put anything like that in a documentary like this.

  • It was discarded because short-sighted politicians slashed their budget.

What "scientists" would those be? More of your CT buddies? The overwhelming scientific concensus recognizes the landings.

We should have no problem, once congress forks over the funds.

Never heard of the visor thing, but I'm dubious about the source, unlike Apollo which is supported by many independent parties with no reason to like

  • We can most certainly go back to the Moon if we want. We can build a far more powerful rocket than the Saturn V. It is not about technology, it is about desire and will and fortitude.

  • Yes, we can go back to the moon if we want. It'll just take a lot longer than if we'd had the foresight to hang onto more of that marvelous Apollo technology.

  • don't forget economics and politics

  • I agree totally.

  • The evidence shows that the moon missions were faked.

  • My god, you're retarded (and so gullible).

All this has been debunked countless times. Ever heard of Google?? Sheeesh...

  • No conspiracy. They landed on the Moon, and you have evidence they did not, then present it. Don't bother with stuff that's been debunked a hundred times already. That's pointless, as I am sure you understand.

  • Let's debate the actual evidence here as we can make longer posts and post links, etc.

    s1 (dot) zetaboards (dot) com/LooseChangeForums/topic/51 606/1/

    (chick link for gaps)

People have put forth alternative explanatins for the anomalies and simply had the attitude that they'd debunked them which is a pretty lame tactic.

See you at the Loose Change moon thread if you want to do some serious debating.

  • does anybody know what music is this?

  • The soundtrack was composed for the film. You can buy the CD or download the tracks - the name of the soundtrack is the same as the movie.

  • Loved the humanity of this film.

Meeting the astronauts in civillian uniform was an absolute pleasure.

  • I really liked reading the book too - a nice complement to the movie.

  • Anybody who doesn't believe in the lunar landing

  • This movie has to be one of the all time best documentaries about the Apollo program.

  • watched the whole event live on a black and white TV in a farmhouse in Kitchener, Ontario.

The next year our whole family traveled to Florida and actually were allowed a tour into the structure where they were building the rocket for the next mission.

  • Maybe we should research the faults in your Childhood´s Photoalbum too. Maybe you´re not real either...

  • Maybe we should, maybe I'm not real, maybe your house will burn down in your sleep, then again maybe not

  • Hmmm...I´m a skilled firefighter. Only my Organ collection...they´re so bloody heavy. Would be a shame. Let´s not forget the Aquarium either...come on!!! Are you that pissed??? Naaah.

  • Maybe, maybe not :D

  • Try reading some books such as Andrew Chaikin's "A Man on the Moon" I've spent years researching it and anyone who doesn't believe it happened is totally deluded!

  • You know, I've actually just recently started taking a look at the whole thing again and can say that it probably did happen. The evidence supporting otherwise has all nearly been disproved upon further research. My whole take on this has changed durastically.

  • Fascinating isn't it!

  • if you're still believing that the Americans had been landing once on the Moon...don't think sooo!!!

  • Only some of us will star the sky and only believers in death will die. Everything you know is wrong.

  • will this put a stop to the conspiracies???? hmmm i wonder..

  • "will this put a stop to the conspiracies???? hmmm i wonder.."

I doubt it. You could stick a Saturn V up their tailpipe and shoot them to the Sea of Tranquility and most still wouldn't believe it.

Maybe they just don't like thinking anyone has that much courage and ingenuity.

  • does anyone know if the soundtrack came out? The music makes the hairs stand up on my neck and it goes so well with the documentary but i cant find it anywhere (napster ect)

  • I downloaded the album from amazon. I think it's been available for a while now.

  • WOW

  • My husband and I just saw this on DVD last night. I had tears streaming down my face (and New Yorkers rarely cry!). It's amazing, especially when you realize all that you see is real - not recreation (hollywood made)!!!

  • Yeah but aren't you forgetting

    Wernher

    Von

    Braun

  • This is by far the best documentary I have seen thus far pertaining to space exploration. It really gives a viewers an inside take on the thinking and experiences of the astronauts who actually experienced venturing to the moon. A masterpiece, that will make any Apollo guru swell up with pride.

  • I think it's the best feature-length documentary I've ever seen.

  • ya ya ya ....

  • This is the best documentary I have ever seen. I cannot help but be overcome by national pride and, above all else, utter amazement at this monumental human achievement. Awestruck, my eyes fill with tears every time I view this film, and with every viewing my appreciation is deeper. It's as if I am watching the events unfold -- like they're happening now. The imagery is absolutely amazing, and the score is perfect.

  • yes the score a;ong with the slo mo video is a spectacurlar combination to portray our greatest acheivement

  • Live long enough for canada to declare war on America.

  • we only go to war to protect our country and were not like the usa we dont look for trouble

  • Why'd it take a Brit to create this spectacular documentary on the American space program? This was an amazing time to be a child in America. The pride... and a certainty bordering on complacency that we, too, would walk on the moon. This trailer moves me to tears all over again. Please, do see this movie, which is now on DVD.

  • I can't believe I never even heard about this documentary. This is one of the best documentaries (and movies, for that matter) I've ever seen. The experiences of the astronauts and what they were thinking at critical moments is priceless. Good music, great images, great movie. This you should not miss.

  • I just came back from seeing this movie (in Brisbane, Australia). WOW. Fantastic film. So inspiring. And in regards to 'conspiracy' theories - Mike Collins put it best - why would you fake it NINE TIMES. LOL!

  • Debate aside, I really hope the guys in this movie live long enough to us go back to the moon.

  • Well I was barely sentient when the last Apollo crew left the moon, so I just hope that -I- live long enough to see us back on the moon...and Mars...and the moons of Jupiter...and not stopping this time for a forty year interval between projects.

  • My father was a newscaster reporting for one of the big three networks on these very happenings; he was in the thick of it! And I can tell you there is nothing to question about the reality of these missions - those were real man-made footprints on the moon. It is a shame the astronauts even felt the need to give the 'conspiracy theorists' the smallest bit of credence by giving commentary on the ridiculous notion that these missions were staged; their facts are so above it all.

  • My family and I had the great privilege to watch this phenomenal documentary production this evening. It is a treasure for all mankind to keep and view again and again; a boon to all humanity. The only footage I found totally unnecessary was where these superb specimens of humanity felt compelled to address the very tiny, moronic and pathetic minority on this planet who actually question the veracity of these missions. These fine astronauts owe no comment to such buffoons.

  • Hehe you guys make me laugh with your faking , these guys went there ...jealous, ohh i think so cus you dont have the stones to do it yourself. You know there is something called taking a chance and they did it!.To fake it sure i dont believe the gov in everything they say but hell you know what if you see enough shadows you`ll be scared to live.Have a a higher view of the people of this world , there are some good guys. much love NASA x

  • Beautiful! I just found out about this film today, and I can't wait to see it!

And it's a shame we can never convince the doubters, but at least the rest of us can go on in life knowing the amazing things we are capable of.

  • To Toddsmitts!stop listening to April Lavigne.

  • Avril Lavigne is cool and you're nothing but a troll.

  • Avril Lavigne rocks, even her name sounds like a type of spaghetti, i've thumbsupped you one anyway 'cos you made me chuckle. :)

(But then I had to refresh the page because the YouTube commenting system did what it's good at doing;screwing up, so you're back at negative one bugger :)

  • This Documentary Is An Amazing Celebration Of Life & Achievement's! Fuck all you people who think otherwise! Why What Happened With Apollo-13? What About the Lunar Laser Ranger? Which Is still working today since Neil & Buzz Set It Up In 1969! Thats Proof! Why Do You Guys Than Believe In NASA Probes That report the dangers Of The Radiation Belts? Are They Not Faked? all info you use to disprove NASA you Get from NASA? Idiots! Cant wait till we return In 2019! That Will Prove you all wrong!

  • Ron Howard is a Dick payed by the Bush administration. And as for the Moon they went there but they were only Ready to go by about ap 17.Neil armstrong was apparently the Dumbest astronaut at NASA so he would be able to hush up about it.Rumsfield Hired Stanley Kubrick to help Nixon wih his Popularity putting a Man on the Moon before the End of the Decade. If You also Listen to the Astronauts Audio they Talk like they are on LSD Brainwhashed by NASA to make them think they went to the Moon.

  • Being a troll is bad enough but the fact that you can't even spell is all the more embarassing.

  • man this looks great

    im downloading it right now

    cant wait to see it!

hopefully this silences some of those dumbass conspiracy theory idiots

  • Unfortunately, I wouldn't count on it.

  • shame

  • So you're alleging that photo was not in fact taken from Apollo 16, but from ATS-3? Firstly, how does the existence of unmanned satellites capable of taking color photos from geostationary orbit prove that no manned space craft made it that far? And secondly, do you have any evidence that NASA lied about the red and blue channels of the MSSCC failing three months after the launch of ATS-3? (info can be found at NASA's National Space Science Data Center site)

  • Macgyver4096 <<

Tired of your blindeness -- go bark up someone elses tree--your tooo stupid for me!

  • Way to dodge the question. If you want to throw Occam's Razor out the window and believe this was a hoax, fine, but what really gets me is your refusal to present any credible evidence. The closest thing I've ever seen hoax believers use is a lot of convoluted, a priori reasoning.

  • Furthermore, being a rebel doesn't necessarily make you intelligent.

  • Could you be right? Sure. Anything's possible. But it would be such a herculean undertaking to make sure a couple presidents, Congress, thousands of scientists, engineers, technicians, and bureaucrats would all keep quiet about it for the rest of their lives, AND to fool the Russians, which could have detected whether we actually sent a spacecraft (and would have gleefully told the world if anything was amiss). Occam's Razor dictates that you're very likely wrong.

  • it's a documentary you stupid fuck

  • appolo 13s well better-this is awful!

  • This was hardly the best movie on Apollo 11. It was ok.

  • One thing the conspiracy theorists wont be able to face is the fact that there are six LEM launch pads on the Moon. I cannot wait for the day when we go back and find them and see how they react to that.

  • i'd love to see that.

lets all have a massive get-together, watch them return, and then let them hoax-monkeys pay the booze.

  • One more thing: Either NASA or some private enterprise will return to the moon within the next 10-15 years. You conspiracy nuts can then watch them visiting the old landing sites on TV while you sit in your mom's basement.

  • The fucktards who believe this was a fake need to face the facts. The conspiracy theories have been thoroughly debunked. Check Phil Plait's site for example, google it.

You people are really so pathetic. You're so eager prove to the world that you know something that the rest of us don't when in fact you know nothing and you probably have below average IQs. Just pathetic...

  • well said!

  • EGMAG, what the fuck have you ever done besides complain and question the achievements of this great country.

  • morris30328 Just go to photobucket com website search Michael St.Mark for All the proof ! Click on his 'name and picture' then next click on 'see his album' and you'll find all the moonhoax proof you can handle!

{What have I done? Oh I paid a lot in blood sweat and tears for the USA!} Now get your ass over to photobucket and shut the fuck up!

  • I'm so mad I missed this in theaters. Oh well does anyone know when it will be out on DVD? Looks Awsome.

  • I hope you have gotten a copy- I just bought one at a chain bookstore last week.

If you get a chance to see it on a big screen, do. It screened at LACMA's (Los Angeles Museum) last summer and it was spectacular.

  • yeah, I actually got a copy the second day it came out. I couldn't believe how many major retailors DIDN'T carry. What has happened in the space age that we no longer care about space flight? People have gotten so distracted, some of us down-right suspicicous, that we no longer see the inportance of space. Perhaps it's because space makes us all feel small and insignifigant. I hope Neil Armstrong is around to watch the next moonlanding.

  • What an amazing achievment for the human race. That must be one hell of a job. I can't wait until we go back to the moon in 2020 and on to Mars. I can't see how you cannot believe that we went to the moon. If you are an American, how can you say that? That is one of the United State's greatest achievements. GO NASA!

  • GoNavy92 you are an American,<< It is far more USA Patriotic to tell the truth about the greed $ corruption in the moonhoax days than to say you believe moonwalks and Impossible Mars walks--holy shit--it is all too fake people.

  • eh fuck um,they wanna sleep let um... can't wake everyone up,I guess that makes people like me and you rare which is fine i guess.I would rather be intelligent and rare than stupid and common.

  • People as stupid as you are also rare :P

Now do us all a favor and shut the fuck up.

  • did you want to cry while you are here?

i know it sucks being lumped into the big fatty group of retards who are incapable of critical thought but the smarts like me are here for you to have a shoulder to cry on.

    go on let it out.....

    that's better,yeah.

  • You're either a troll or an idiot. Take your pick.

  • you're both and then some.

  • Wow, that was sooo witty. I bet that comment was the high-point of your day. What a pathetic low life you are. Why don't you just kill yourself, you know you want to...

  • MOON HOAX -In order to insure huge government grants Nasa will continue to carry the moon walk farce into the Mars hoax farce while a country of morons praises movies like, In The Shadow of The Moon. SUCKERS

  • lol exactly.

  • It's sad how easily duped people are. Just watch the NOVA special explaining our magnetosphere and the Van Allen Belts, and it's painfully obvious that the lying astronots wouldn't have survived the trip. Compound that with piles of evidence to the fact that the whole thing was faked...Only blind patriotism and refusal to look at the facts keeps the Apollo nutters in the dark...

  • You are such a fool... I believe you should look into the difficulties they had designing the command module becauwse it had to have a lead lining which is one reason why the saturn v is so big...

People believe what thyey want to believe but why did they fake it nine times???

  • Im amazed someone who watches Nova is soooooooooo retarded. NASA left mirrors on the moon to bounce lazers off in order to measure the exact orbit of the moon in relation to Earth. Theyre still there and they still work.

  • Let me ask you a very simple question then. Could those mirrors have been put there unmanned?

  • just got done watching this movie, honestly unless you are a super churchy and religious DO NOT watch this movie. If you already know that the moon landing was a hoax then this should just be pretty hard to watch as these religious lieing peices of crap sit and show you fake footage of a non-existant mission to the moon which is by all means physically impossible, anyone with a brain and two eyes can figure out why it only takes some novice research.

  • so why did you go, pay money and watch in then?

i am not going into a discussion about hoax/ no hoax with you, for your sake, as it will most probably end up in a massive embarrassment for you.

  • so you went and had the go on youtube or so, fair enough, smart fellah you are.

and as i said above, i will not plunge into one of those funny comment-battles on proving the obvious. well, not at first glance, granted, but ovious after a critical assessment (which requires some knowledge of basic physics - something the vast majority of you hoax believers dont have).

and still, no insultment (like in your post), i dont know what scientific background you can provide, so... please.

  • and i dont want to talk about waving flags, blue-shimmering windows and van allen belts any more, you dont need me to prove you wrong on that, google can do the same (and much less snotty than me).

ouh, and by the way, you had a good point on your initial post. some of them DO go a bit churchy, thats right. however, if i'd have been up there, i would most probably talk likewise.

so, please, watch your language, calm down and stop pissing other people off.

    ouh, i didnt pay either.

    Seb.

  • you need to A.) learn how to spell and construct a coherant sentance. B.)understand that you do NOT know a thing about science. and C.) simply put, go fuck yourself, honestly i haven't seen a more unintelligent reply.

and i didn't watch the stupid movie on youtube i watched it on a different site with better quality.also if you dismiss flag waving,OBVIOUS fabrication of scenes and VA radiation belt then you are a dunce.

  • o..kay.

    a) well, thanks for coaching, being german, english is not my mother tongue. apologies for insulting your beautiful language. not the best strategy to judge people on, miss hoover.

    b) can you convince my PhD-advisor of that as well, please?

    c) isnt really a proper item, is it? well summed up, though.

so, and before you go and claim i dont know anything about science, how about your background?

  • and again, the quite significant amount of indignities plus clinging to already disproved items do show some quite large amount of paltriness. i recommend wikipedia and some better manners.

  • Again PRICK!

  • wahhhhh?

  • conspiracy nuts, in the end, are the ones that lose out. They deny themselves the recognition that people (not just Americans, but PEOPLE) did this amazing thing. This has nothing to do with religion. It's about celebrating one of the greatest examples of human curiosity, ingenuity, strength, and courage in our history, all towards a postive and peaceful goal. It's their loss.

  • LOL,you think going to the moon was so spectacular?also this notion that we went because of human curiosity and courage is just dumb,we went because if we didn't the soviets would have and we as the insecure americans as we are WOULD RATHER DIE THAN SEE THOSE COMUNIST SCUMBAGS GET THERE BEFORE US!!

"conspiracy nuts" dont miss out,we get to realise what really happened instead.you are the ones who miss out on the truth and it's sad.

and PEOPLE didn't go to the moon, get over it.

  • So the Americans were competing with the Soviets to get to the moon (by the end of the decade, specifically). So what? Competition forces you to give your best. Besides, better to be competing on a front like than say, arms races.

  • And conspiracy nuts DO miss out. They think one of man's greatest achievements was shot on a soundstage or in a desert. They live in this sad little bubble ignoring questions like why go back to the moon again and again after the public lost interest? Why, if this was cooked up for propaganda, did they only get a few grainy, poor-quality shots of Neil Armstrong, instead of several iconic, crowd-pleasing shots? Why has no one who worked on Apollo come forward in all these year if it was fake?

  • toddsmitts nuts<< Calling names doesn't hide the truth! It is easy to eamine ALL the evidence that 40 YEARS ago this fraud was done! Amazing how? Medical, science, phillantropy etc for humanitarian reasons does not need to know when the Bang started or anyother foolish $ projects.

  • Waste of money on the none deserving few; while poverty, drugs, & chaos prevails! No other prosperous country now or then claims any fake acheivement like this. WHY? Because it was not acheived! New even more expensive hoaxes are on the horizon! Fleeceing the public is a national pastime!

  • I "eamined" the supposed evidence offered by conspiracy nuts, and it's all been debunked. The men who went to the moon have more courage in one finger than the people calling them liars have in their whole bodies. You can debate the merits of sending people to the moon in the midst of poverty and war but you can't deny that it actually happened.

  • Yes, wanting to know the truth is courageous, but refusing to accept it when it's right in front of you is just foolish.

I'm not "dismissing" anything, except for this long-debunked conspiracy theory.

And debating the merits of something that was done is not the same as arguing WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS ACTUALLY DONE!

Twelve men trudged around the moon. It happened. Accept it and stop embarassing yourself.

  • the problem is that we both don't have definitive proof, meaning neither of us could prove either side of the argument beyond a reasonable doubt(this is debatable and that is exactly what we are doing).

When i refute the moon landings i am drawing this conclusion from numerous inconsistancies and many physical impossibilities that occur over and over in the footage and the official story of the trips to the moon NOT just because im a conspiracy nut.If we did, great.if not,it would explain alot.

  • What inconsistencies? You seem pretty certain that this was in fact a hoax, yet you haven't put forth a coherent argument or cited any specific pieces of evidence. While I believe you are mistaken, I'm not averse to a reasoned debate. Unfortunately, you seem intent on lashing out at anyone who disagrees with you, rather than defending your argument. Perhaps you need a hug?

  • your an idoit

  • I just saw this as warwick arts centre. Its good it intrigued me and i want to no more!

  • ...ps, just got the soundtrack for this film (available on itunes), really worth it, classic filmscore composition.

  • lagerstorm - I agree, the music is awesome.

  • Money, it's all about money. It's a big cost, like a lot of other stuff that has been planned or to be developed over the years but has never happend. Just take a look at the film 2001 space odyssey (made in the late 1960's), we should all be living in space by now! it is very possible, but sadly maybe too much money is spent on other useless crap like wars etc... :(

  • So if this is true...We have come from such a far way 2008!!! Why have we never been back!!!??? With all the tech shit we have now look at the Columbian crew????

I'm not saying this didn't happen but..

WHY HAVE WE NEVER BEEN BACK???

It's jes a little far fetched for me!

I am certainly gonna watch this movie..
