Right before the part you quote he starts "Why would I, why would I wanna watch you ... disconnect and self destruct one bullet at a time. What's your hurry? Every one will have his day to die." In context, it sounds much more like it's from an outsider's point of view of the contemplation of suicide and what killing oneself truly gains for the person contemplating it.
