They knew a small girl died in the room (bedroom) where I sensed the energy..

I had no knowledge of it prior.. I have done this kind of stuff many times in my life but the thing is I have no control over it..

Sometimes I sense things and i don't want to know but can't stop it.. other times I want or need to do it but can't.. I would love to get some tips from chip on maybe how I could control it..

On Paranormal State he frequently invokes the Prayer to St.Michael the Archangel which was formulated BY the Catholic Church. THEN, does a complete 360 by doing things the Church teaches it's followers specifically NOT to do(communicating with spirits etc..). Well which is it?
