As an exercise it may help for a day to take a photo of yourself as a child and keep it in your pocket or purse and make decisions for that day based on what you as a child would wish to do. It maybe going on swings, feeding the ducks, eating ice-cream for dinner etc. Have fun and take care of your inner child.

I have battled low esteem most of my life and having started doing my videos has helped greatly. Without the lashes, I am not great at getting in front of the camera. Defective parents can impact greatly on a childs life.
