The Cartel only dance when you're watching. The more attention you pay to the van, the more likely you are to fail in this mission. Take this guy, just pissing off cops and plowing into civilians rather than doing as he's asked. Go off and bone one of the prostitutes instead, the van can pass the mission without you.

This mission was pretty easy for me. I didn't even have to do a lot...the van seemed to manage fine on its own!

Go the folder with GTA3, there's a folder in it called "MP3". Put your .mp3 files into it and have fun.

There is a much easier way to do this mission. All you have to do is when the armored car starts moving just dont follow him and he will drive all the way to the end without getting attacked.
