It actually is pretty easy to run past the dragon`s fire attacks. In the video you can see him attack twice then he has to breath for a second, that`s when you want to run past him. It also deals more damage when shooting him from below.

You can avoid the fire and just walk past the dragon, trhat's what I did =)

Mitch, it wasn't premier that was chugging, it was the games engine moving the dragon from one point in the level to the other. Happens to everyone at that specific point.

I used the same method to kill the blue dragon except when I did it, my bow broke when the dragon had about 25% life... that was the first time a weapon broke for me during PvE. I came back with more arrows and several grindstones ~_~

you will beat the game using the same armor almost from the start, leather armor with super low defense, and still say that this game is hard.

Mitch i recomend leveling up so you can use the blueblood sword it is the strongest straight sword and can be enchanted just a friendly tip

That spear was the scraping spear. It destroys item durability. You can make one with the Phalnax soul and an upgraded spear of at least +7! It's good in pvp to break people's items!
