What's most peculiar, of course, is that although floor 23 had received $15 million in these upgrades, Giuliani left the command center in WTC7 after receiving a call warning him that the building was going to collapse... to this day, no word on who called him, but obviously they knew it was coming down that day

Hmm...I know the government insists that's the way modern 42 storey office buldings collapse after being debris and fire damaged. Call me crazy but that that building came down so smoothly I have to believe it was a controlled demolition and not a random breakup from sustained damage.
