i cant change from lightworld to darkworld when i use the mirror :S, my magic is full and the teleport to the darkworld is nowhere to be found, can anyone tell me how to get to the darkworld again :S

The mirror only takes you from the Dark to the Light World. To get back, the easiest way is to try to enter Hyrule Castle grounds. There's also a map of warp tile locations (like the one on Death Mountain) at the GameFAQs website.

@ruveid (probably not useful to you anymore, but in case others wonder as well) The easiest way to get to the dark world, unless you're near one of the blue portals, is to go to the castle and enter it through the front gate.

for those of you who aren't "zomgexperts" then get the red shield, it makes the boss fight much, much easier. also you can technically have the red sword as well before you fight him

I remember this place, when I found the 'sage' my sister kept saying

"Where are you going? The exit is the other way."

I died so many times at this boss, I just couldn't do it until 30 mintues later when I was on a major sugar rush.

Are the heart pieces in the treasure chest game and treasure field in predetermined spots? They must be, if he found the heart piece in the treasure chest game so quickly.

I believe he did both games repeatedly until he found the heart pieces. It took me 24 times (mostly the same repetitive digging paths) to get the heart piece in the digging game and only twice in the treasure chest game. So the heart pieces I think are completely random.

according to speeddemosarchive: Requirements for 100% are getting all items on the subscreen (4 bottles etc), all heart pieces, and max level of equipment except the bomb and arrow upgrades. The reason is that Radix never gave a damn about them when he played the game casually for "getting everything". The level 2 shield and blue mail can be skipped since they are replaced by the mirror shield & red mail.

Maybe so. No point in getting it really, since you can get the Golden Shield from Turtle Rock. Besides, it's not essential. Does he get that Cane of Smyrna thing? That blue one?

@ bendy: Lol, gg at bringing up something completely irrelevant.

@ Floyd: Yeah, he does replace both pieces of equipment he passes up (the shield, and the tunic in the ice dungeon), but it still doesn't seem right to me for some reason--it might be just me.

He does get the Cane of Byrna.

And once again, for bendy, who obviously can't read too well: I'm not bashing the run, I'm just claiming that it's not 100%.

TSA says that for it to be 100% He does NOT have to get the Level 2 Shield or the Blue Mail (tunic). Thats because it will be replaced later in the game, and he just has to max out the equipment.

that was a good suprise wasn't it? I want more memories of this game...The biggest and longest zelda game of them all (if it was in 3D to scale it would at least rival TP) with the most stuff in it to be redone in 3D. That would be the epitome of Zelda...3D bunny Link :D

Hey, how was the guy able to pick up the huge block in the dungeon without first getting the TITAN MITT???

That obviously saved him A LOT of time cuz otherwise he would have had to go the long way to get the Titan Mitt and then use it to go OUT by lifting the huge block.

Also in the previous installments he seemed to have more arrows than you initially get...
