Loved this movie and I love Sarah Brightman as a very skilled actress and Opera singer. A lot of people should be very envious of her. Btw, me and my friends all cried when she ripped her eyes out and died on the fence. We couldn't stop crying. Very sad ending. Wish she had lived but you can;t have everything. very good movie and even better vocals/music and casting.

The reason he decided to kill her is because she ruined the eyes she owed Geneco. The eyes were the only thing keeping her enslaved, without them. Rotti doesn't need her so he ended her life.

actually its called a cane sword. its a hidden sword that's in a walking stick. with a deft twist it comes out from inside it was very popular in the older centuries where gentlemen had to worry about bandits and such.

She didn't cross Rotti Largo originally, she was leaving GeneCo, and her contract stated, if she ever left, her eyes would be repossesed. She was going to die either way. She clawed out her eyes to make a point to Rotti, in the process, angered him, so he cut the chord, and she died on the iron bars. Her forever farewell concert.

The song is about a bird [Chrommagia] flying away from an arrow, and she tries to fly the arrow away from hurting people she loves, but she still cause people the hurt by trying to save them [When Shilo finds out Mag's her godmother and makes the distance between her and her father greater] and she says the arrow is a metaphor. That the arrow is her eyes, and she's returning the arrow to the devil, she rather be blind.
