How did your format the video before uploading to Youtube? I saved mine as MPEG4 (640x480) as they recommend but it looks rougher than yours - any advice? Thanks
I publish right from within Visual Communicator as a Windows Media file (wmv) at 640x480, 2mbps, 30 frames per sec. YouTube converts to their flash format upon uploading.

That trak shot was made in another Adobe product, called Ultra CS3.
